Wishing Maniwa to become well known for wild vines, the shop located inside Hiruzen Winery is called “Coginetiae”,
named after the scientific name of wild vine - Vitis coignetiae.
There, you will discover great wine and delicious specialty food born from the fresh wind of Hiruzen plateau.
